la fédération de
l'Axe Seine
SeinePort Union is the Federation of Port Communities of the Seine Axis.
Created in 2016 on the initiative of the port unions of Le Havre, Rouen, Paris and Gennevilliers, it represents more than 1,000 companies and 60,000 jobs.
Its objective is to develop collaborations and common strategies, in order to work with all the actors of the Seine Axis, at the forefront of which are the CCIs; while demonstrating the links and complementarities that unite all the port areas of the Seine Axis.
At the initiative of the port communities of the Seine Axis, SeinePort Union was born in 2016 when the merger of the ports of Paris - Rouen - Le Havre was looming, which has been effective since June 2021.
It was then for us to speak with a united voice during the discussions initiated within the framework of the prefiguration mission, so that the private companies that we represent have their full place in the future governance of HAROPA Port.
Through the establishment of the Territorial Development Councils, the Seine Axis Orientation Council and the welcoming of the Presidents of the Territorial Councils to the Supervisory Board, our role has been recognized.
From now on, SeinePort Union is resolutely turned towards the future, alongside HAROPA Port as well as local authorities, in a Seine Axis logic.
Our will to register our action in time and to take part in the success of our common ambition to develop this Seine axis by reinforcing its competitiveness, its reactivity and its relevance.

Porter plus fort les voix des entreprises
Faire vivre le fleuve en association avec Haropa
Fluidifier et accélérer les démarches
Développer de vraies synergies de Paris au Havre
Prendre des parts de marché face aux géants du Range Nord mais aussi de savoir s'en inspirer et pour cela SeinePort Union incitera à l'adoption de ces bonnes pratiques pour gagner en compétitivité.
Réunions régulières autour de sujets aussi variés que la formation professionnelle, les réglementations (françaises, douanières, fluviales, européennes, etc.)
Représentation auprès des collectivités (communes, régions, État, Europe, ...) et autres institutions.
Entretien d'un dialogue permanent avec ces institutions qui prêtent une écoute attentive aux sujets que nous leurs portons et assurent en retour des réponses opportunes et constructives.
